Platinum Event Services

Packages Starting at $8,500.00

This package is for those that are looking for proactive management for every aspect of the event planning process. Start your event off by working directly with one of our coordinators on all the details and design of your wedding or event from conception to production.  

Some examples of those that would benefit from this level of involvement are busy professionals and clients that are planning from out of state or out of country where a high level of involvement of day to day management and communication will be essential or clients that need the support of a partner involved with every aspect of their event to assist with organization, decision making, and emotional support.

Customizable Inclusions:

  • Set-up your initial consultation to develop an event style, determine goals and priorities and put a plan in place for moving forward with budget, planning and design objectives.

  • Our team will assist you with your venue selection and negotiation.

  • We will help you create a comprehensive budget forecast and plan a timeline that will enable you to stay on track and on budget.

  • Our team will facilitate appropriate vendors including, but not limited to décor, catering, rentals, linens, entertainment, photography, video, lighting and Audio Visual, hotel room blocks for out of town guests, invitations and stationery, favors, staffing needs, ceremony officiant, transportation, event insurance, and more based on style, availability, and price.

  • We will streamline all of your vendor introductions and appointments based on availability. 

  • Our staff can attend all vendor meetings with you as needed.

  • Our coordinators will review all vendor contracts and make appropriate recommendations as needed. 

  • We will develop and present design concepts inspired by you, that are appropriate to the chosen setting of your event.

  • We will work with your catering, floral, prop/rental companies, lighting technicians, etc to carry out your vision. 

  • Our staff will choose a complimentary design concept for your invitations, favors, and all the other details going into the reception.

  • We will be there with advice on etiquette and solving any challenges that may arise during the planning process.

  • Our staff will mail your event invitations and manage RSVP’s as needed to track all your guest counts.

  • We will assist you in the management and maintenance of the wedding/event website.

  • Design, create and deliver welcome bags/boxes/gifts for all out of town guests.

  • We will create a binder that includes copies of all contracts, checklists, design and inspiration boards.

  • Assist in the personal styling – We will attend gown/tux/suit fittings and assist in the selection of accessories.

  • We will plan/coordinate the rehearsal dinner.

  • We will plan/coordinate your departure brunch.

  • You will have access to unlimited meetings, phone calls and emails via the studio to keep on track of details and design as needed with proper correspondence throughout the whole planning process.
