Event Staffing

The staffing costs are calculated based on the number of guests, the menu, length of reception and what services you would like us to provide. Our service staff can set up, serve, replenish, and clean up. If you have gotten your table service rentals from us, we take all of our rentals with us at the end of your event.

All holiday bookings are subject to additional fees.

Wait Staffing will:
  • Set up your event site with linen, napkins, china, flatware, glassware, etc.

  • Serve and refill beverages - this can require additional servers

  • Deliver plated food to guests, if you opt for plated service

  • Clear guest tables and scrape plates

  • Take out trash

  • Take back our rentals at the end of the night

Wait Staffing will not:
  • Wait staff does not cook food or wash dishes

  • Please arrange these services with your caterer or food provider

  • All menu items should arrive to your venue, hot and fresh

  • Wait staff does not serve alcoholic beverages.

    • You will need a TABC Certified bartender.

             (We Can Provide as Needed)

Wait Staffing Rate:
  • Wait staff - One wait staff for every 50 guests.

  • Wait staff is charged at $16.00 per hour

  • All Wait staff are experienced and serve under ServeSafe regulations.

  • Required min. of 4 hours

Food Service Staffing will:
  • Organize your buffet and beverage station with proper utensils and chafers

  • Replenish buffets

  • Deliver hot or cold prepared foods to buffet from a kitchenette or such

  • Cut and serve your wedding cakes

  • Clear the kitchen area

  • Take out trash

  • Take back our rentals at the end of the night

Food Service Staffing will not:
  • Food Service staff does not cook food or wash dishes

  • Please arrange these services with your caterer or food provider

  • All menu items should arrive to your venue, hot and fresh.

  • Food Service staff does not serve alcoholic beverages

    • You will need a TABC Certified bartender

  • All food staff are experienced and operate under Serve Safe regulations and training.
