Full Service Wedding Planning & Coordinating

Starting at $4,000

Hours Included: Up to 2,000

Full Wedding Planning & Day of Coordination Services are for the couple that needs a more hands-on professional from start to finish.  This service ensures that the event stays on budget and is planned down to the last detail. With all the necessary staffing included in this service, stress levels will be non-existent. This package is for the couple that wants to be as stress-free as possible. With a full staff to plan, design, coordinate and flawlessly execute the event from start to finish. From the proposal to the honeymoon or twelve months out from the event date, we can provide a wide range of services such as coordination down to wedding officiating.  You won’t find a breakdown for this package because we sit with each client to create the bulleted list you’re searching for. Full service has no limits. Our ongoing consultation process ensures that you are able to keep your vision in place and budget on target. This package will also include a personalized budget, planning checklist, guest list management tools, and a free wedding website that we will help you keep track of and update.

Partial Planning

Starting at $1,400

Hours Included: 190

Our Partial Planning Services is for the couple that has most of the planning and design under control and just needs a professional to take the reigns on the remaining pieces of the event so that they can sit back and enjoy their time. Realistically, any professionals assigned to an event under day-of will need 6-8 weeks before the event to tie up loose ends, coordinate a proper timeline, and speak with vendors. The services offered in this package are very specific.

Out-of-Townie

Starting at $2,600

This package includes planning support and wedding management for our destination couples. This package was developed for Bride that want to be married in Saint Louis and surrounding areas but do not live in the state of Missouri or within 50 Miles of their venue and vendors.

Day-of Coordination

Starting at $1,200

Hours Included: 160

Our Day-of Coordination Services are for the couple that has all of the planning and design under control and just needs a professional to take the reigns on the day of the event so that they can sit back and enjoy their time. Realistically, any professionals assigned to an event under day-of will need 6-8 weeks before the event to tie up loose ends, coordinate a proper timeline, and speak with vendors. The services offered in this package are very specific.

Hourly Wedding Planning Assistance

2 Hour Minimum - $55.00 per Hour

This service is for the couple that just needs guidance here and there through the process of their planning.
