Smile Often Events started in 2011 and has grown from an in-home office to a full-service showroom located inside of the Mid Rivers Mall located in Saint Peters, Missouri.  The founder, Sheena Mancini, constantly keeps all staff up to date on current educational courses, hospitality management, and much more in order to bring you a full team of professionals ready to go!

We at Smile Often Events offer our clients a full suite of design, planning and coordination services tailored to each event's unique needs. Successful events don't just happen; they require time, energy, and a large range of organizational skills. Our seasoned team of experts can help you with all of the details starting with budget planning and vendor selection to accommodate guests with the seamless execution of your event. We come with a full team of detail-obsessed planners, design experts, and event managers who know how to bring your vision to life and keep you on track with the peace of mind each client deserves. 

We offer the following services to help you create your own unique experience:

Venue Selection: We will arrange and attend up to three venue visits in order to help you select the venue that fits your plan without the struggle.

Details: Our team will help you develop a custom design concept unique to your event. The vision, logistics, and rentals of specialty items come into play here. 

Choosing Event Professionals: Every event needs professionals that work with your design, concept, and budget. We will attend up to five of these meetings to help you choose the best for you. 

Budgeting: We all love the pretty stuff and we want you to have the best so we help provide a custom budget and tracking spreadsheet to help keep you on cue.

Guest Accommodation: We wouldn't want to leave guests with the added responsibility of finding their own accommodations so we teamed up with some of the best pros in the business to assist with this task.

Transportation: We will hire, schedule and manage transportation details for your event so that your guests won't have to.

Stationary: We will help you choose your stationery items from save-the-dates to table tents. 

RSVP Management: Our team will create a spreadsheet for your RSVP management and provide you with regular updates as we receive the responses. 

Dinner: We will work with you and the caterer/venue to help choose a menu that best suits your event and dream as well as suggests displays and serving ideas. 

Welcome: Our team will help provide ideas. items and deliver guests their welcome bags, favors, or gift baskets. The cost of materials and items for theses are excluded from packages and subject to reimbursement. 

Day-of: On the day of your event our team takes over to make everything you worked for a reality. 

While you are busy being present we will but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist with an event layout

  • Provide seating charts

  • finalize guest counts with vendors 

  • Provide and event timeline and distribute to vendors

  • Confirm drop-off and pick-up times

  • Attend and Direct the event

  • Assist with Client needs

  • Ensure logistics

Every event will have at least one event planner and one assistant for the duration of the day. If an event consists of two or more locations, additional fees may apply.
